Yes, you can amend your booking through your account. We allow only one (1) amendment per booking. Any amendment made more than three (3) days prior to booking date will be free of charge. Any amendment made less than three (3) days prior to booking date will be deemed as cancelled / no show.
We advise you to amend your booking in advance. There is strictly no refund for any cancellation or no-show cases.
We offer special discounts for Full-time (NSF), PAssion Card holders and Students. You may book on our website and select your discounts at the “Rate Code” section. Discount games only apply to Off-peak periods (weekdays, 9 am – 7 pm), excluding Public Holidays.
“Student” applies to any students below the age of 21 and holding a valid student ID card. All players must be students, and are required to produce at least 5x Student ID Cards during check-in before the game. Students above the age of 21 are only eligible for NSF/PAssion Rates.
NSF must show their 11B (or any NSF identification) and PAssion Card members must show their PAssion Card for verification during check-in before the game. At least 1 player must be the NSF/PAssion Card holder.
Please note that if you fail to produce the required documents during check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and no refund will be given.
Yes! We offer regular players Bulk Points Package purchase with savings of up to $490 worth of game hours! In addition, check our socials where you might find limited-time deals and promo codes!

Yes, we are outdoor but fully sheltered.
Yes, we have a collection of Size 3, 4 and 5 balls. Visit our Booking Office and request for a ball. A deposit of S$10 is required when you collect the ball. Your deposit will be refunded to you after your ball is returned.
We have vending machines on-site that sells a variety of beverages. In addition, our Booking Office sells Ice-Cold Mineral Water for just S$1 each.
Food consumption is not allowed at court areas. Consumption of any alcoholic beverages is not allowed in our premises.
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our premises, no matter inside or outside the court. If a player or visitor is caught smoking, all players and visitors registered with the individual court will be asked to vacate the venue. Your game will be stopped and no refunds will be provided. Let’s keep our premises smoke-free. Thank you for your cooperation.
Yes, we have shower facilities which you may use. Do note that our shower facilities may be closed temporarily for maintenance purposes.
We do not have a private carpark. The nearest carpark is located beside our venue. You can park your vehicle at Blk 220 Hougang Street 21 Singapore 530220 Multi-story Carpark or at HDB/URA parking lots within the vicinity.
